37 y/o female, had implants placed by another surgeon about 10 years ago.
Preoperatively, the implants were too close together (synmastia) and one breast was larger than the other.The bottoming out of the implants caused the nipples to appear
to rise to the upper outer part of the breast.
In surgery, the old 300 cc saline implants were removed.An Allergan Style 15 286 cc silicone implant was placed on the left side
and an Allergan Style 15 339 cc gel implant was placed on the left.The implant malposition was repaired on each side by raising the folds and seperating the
implants in the center. The repair was reinforced using Strattice.
