Yes, we require a $50 deposit to hold your appointment time. This fee can be applied to any product or treatment offered in the office.
For first time patients, we suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete our intake forms. Returning patients please be prompt, as we will end on time so the next patient will not be inconvenienced.
Yes. Please call the office for Saturday dates and hours.
Please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. This courtesy allows another patient to use your treatment time.

24-hour notice required. No show/less than 24 hour cancellations will be charged a $50 no show fee.
